SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

About our messages
WrenchPad sends text messages on behalf of the independent auto shops that use our platform. Messages are transactional: estimates, invoices, and appointment and payment reminders about work on your vehicle. We do not send third-party marketing.
How we obtain your consent
When a shop using WrenchPad creates a job for you, it records your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages about that job. Consent is captured in the WrenchPad app at the moment the shop adds you as a customer — we never buy or import lists of phone numbers.
A typical message looks like this:
“WrenchPad: Your estimate from [Shop] is ready: [link]. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with the activity on your job.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will stop receiving messages from that sender.
How to get help
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@wrenchpad.app. For questions about the work itself, contact the shop directly using the number on your estimate.
Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
